Taking care of someone else's account
We realize some customers may not be able to pay their bill due to age, illness or ability. If you help an elderly family member or dependent with their bill, we can help minimize the worry of a missed payment.
Getting authorization
We’ll need authorization from the account holder that you can talk to us about their account. And, we’ll need their permission to add your name and mailing address to the account, so all bills and correspondence will be mailed directly to you.
