While Canada Post is restarting its operations, customers could still see delays in receiving mail as service returns to normal. One of the ways you can receive your FortisBC bill in a timely manner and be able to keep your payments up to date is by signing up for paperless billing.

We also have other billing and payment options to help you manage your account, including pre-authorized payment plans and online banking or paying at your financial institution. In addition, we have online tools to help you better understand your energy use and your account and payment options.

You can also register for Account Online, allowing you to view and manage your bills. Customers calling to check their balance could experience high call volumes, and Account Online could offer faster service.

  • If you have not yet registered for Account Online, you can sign up here. Please note that if you have both natural gas and electricity accounts with FortisBC, you will need to sign up each account separately. Once registered, you can access both accounts through the same Account Online login.
