Unclaimed funds

Occasionally, we issue cheques to our natural gas customers that are delivered unsuccessfully, become outdated or remain uncashed. Likewise, we sometimes owe money to customers who have moved and can’t be located. Our unclaimed funds database identifies sums of $50 or more unclaimed since July 1, 2000.
