Redeeming your furnace filter coupons
To redeem your coupons please provide the following:
- an invoice showing the total number and value of coupons you have honoured (excluding all taxes)
- all original coupons, with customer information on the back completed
- all copies of receipts for which reimbursement is requested

FortisBC will issue a reimbursement cheque to you.
Important information for your staff
- Customers redeeming a furnace filter coupon must complete the back side. Please ensure this information is legible. It is required for auditing purposes.
- Each coupon has a limit of one item per purchase up to $25 and the customer is responsible for paying all applicable taxes.
